Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Elevated Cleaning Group website and services. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling services, or engaging with our company, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.


Services Provided

Elevated Cleaning Group provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

- Standard cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in / move-out cleaning
- Office and commercial cleaning
- Customized cleaning services as agreed upon

Our services have an age restriction and all service users must be 18 or older. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.


Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are scheduled with care, and we aim to confirm them promptly to ensure your experience feels dependable and reassuring.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to:

- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Staff availability
- Emergencies

Clients will be notified promptly of any necessary changes.


Pricing & Payment Terms

Pricing is based on:

- Property size

- Condition
- Type of cleaning service
- Frequency of service

Final pricing may vary if the property's condition differs significantly from what was disclosed at booking.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept approved payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other electronic payment options.

Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may result in a lock-out fee.


Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and secure access to the property at the scheduled time of service.

Elevated Cleaning Group is not responsible for delays or inability to complete services due to:

- Inaccessible areas
- Utilities are being turned off
- Unsafe working conditions
- Aggressive pets or animals

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied with any portion of your cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and, if deemed appropriate, return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Elevated Cleaning Group.


Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

- Remove clutter to allow effective cleaning
- Secure valuables and fragile items
- Inform us of delicate surfaces or special care instructions
- Disclose any hazardous conditions

We are not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed hazards or improper installation of fixtures.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevated Cleaning Group shall not be liable for:

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Pre-existing damage to property
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by faulty or aging materials

Our liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.


Text Messaging & Communications

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive communications related to:

- Appointment confirmations
- Service updates
- Follow-ups
- Promotional messages (if opted in)

Carriers are not responsible for any messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP at any time.


Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and branding, is the property of Elevated Cleaning Group and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.


Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California.
